  When considering work on a roof or sloping surface, the need to prevent slips and falls is important.

Work sites pose many potential hazards and the responsibility to end each day safely rests with you.
When it comes to high risk tasks, take the time to look for different ways to reduce those risks. or avoid the risks altogether by completing a risk assessment.

Risk assessments should be carried out by a competent person prior to working in dangerous conditions.
Risk assessments will determine the safest and most appropriate method that will help prevent  risks of falls.
 
If work can not be carried out on the ground or from a work platform then wherever possible FALL RESTRAINT SYSTEMS should be used.

Fall Restraint means that the worker cannot reach a position where a fall can occur.

Restraint equipment includes the following:

The full body harness comes with adjustable straps, and waist bands, rear & side 'd' rings and the option of rescue loops. The rope safety line is 11mm Kermantle which, unlike 3 strand braided types,  will not FRAY. It also has a high grade UV protection rating. 
The Stainless steel karabiners have screw gate fittings, the shock absorbing lanyard has double action safety hooks at each end.
Each kit comes with it's own personal carry bag from Fall Safe Australia.
